The practice is currently run by Paul Rose Bsc(Hons) D.Opt. As one of our patients, either private or NHS, you will receive an individual and personal service.

At Harvey Rose & Sons we are proud to have been looking after the eyes of generations of families, from babies to great grandparents, for over sixty years. All patients are seen personally by Paul Rose Bsc.(Hons) D.Opt. All aspects of your vision and eye health will be thoroughly checked using our latest computerised testing equipment, which includes non contact tonometry, digital imaging and visual fields plotting.
Contact Lenses

We provide a full contact lens service with corrections available for almost all prescriptions, including single vision, bifocal and varifocals. Cosmetic coloured contact lenses are also available, both with and without prescription.

Keratoconus treatment

Treating keratoconus is a special interest at our practice in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, where we have found that both Synergeyes Ultrahealth hybrid contact lenses and ICD mini-scleral contact lenses are the best way to provide superior vison and comfort for eyes with keratoconus and other types of irregular or very dry corneas.
