We offer individual assessment, treatment and education to all our patients within a professional and caring environment. We employ a holistic approach in our treatments using manual therapy combined with electrotherapy, exercise and movement techniques, including modified Pilates and Acupuncture.

Since then I have not only been lucky enough to live and work in different cities in the UK but also in different parts of the world. I began my career working for the NHS in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. Initially rotating through medical, surgical, out patients, intensive care, neurology and eventually specialising in Paediatrics and Women's Health.

Your first appointment will last up to 45 minutes, this gives us enough time to assess, diagnose and provide a treatment plan within the session. We will ask you some questions about your injury/ailment, do an examination and some tests which will allow us to come up with an accurate diagnosis.

From there we will discuss the plan going forward and start your treatment, your initial assessment will always include some treatment and a rehabilitation programme for you to go and work on at home.Please feel free to ask any questions you may have during this time. If you are attending with a lower body injury or a lower back issue then we would advise you wear shorts/comfortable trousers for the session.

Your follow up appointments will last up to 30minutes and will include reassessment, review of exercises, any appropriate manual treatment techniques and progression of your exercise programme as necessary. Should you need onward referral at any point throughout treatment then we have good links with local GP practices and private consultants in Aberdeen that we are able to link up with to provide you the best ongoing treatment.

We are still offering virtual appointments via Zoom for those who find this more convenient or do not wish to come into the clinic at present. Your initial appointment will last up to 45minutes and return appointments 30minutes. We ask you to ensure you have enough space to move and demonstrate certain things your physio may need to look at to complete the assessment.
