As a member of Hampshire Fare, we use local Hampshire suppliers wherever possible. We never use GM foods, our meat is supplied to Farm Assured Standards and we only ever use fish from sustainable sources. We're dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint. We recycle everything that we can, encourage our staff to cycle to work, and our state of the art kitchens operate to the highest legislative standards in terms of emissions.
