AGF Plans can take your ideas and produce architectural drawings (plans). At the same time we can offer free design and planning advice, often coming up with ideas to improve AND reduce the cost of your project. We use computer aided design tools that make it quick and easy to make alterations or additions to your plans.
3D Previews

This allows us to extend the plans to show virtual 3D images of what the finished project will look like. Both external and internal views can be shown. You can even "walk" around and see if it looks good from different angles. The best thing about doing this on computer is that the design can easily be changed, and alterations or alternative ideas can quickly be incorporated.

The clients of this large 2-storey extension were going to have a large window looking out over their lovely garden, but AGF suggested a Juliet window instead, which they agreed to and now think. This was quite a large project to convert two rooms into a large kitchen, with bifold doors onto the garden.

Our building plan service is designed to be cost effective, but as all projects differ in size, scope and work content, there is no standard price. However, here is a guide: (2018). All estimates include agent fees. All estimates are plus Structural Calculations fees if required. All estimates include free amendments where and if required.
