We had decided to build an extension on our house for a new kitchen/utility and knocking out the back of the house and creating a garden room with bifold doors to garden and spent some time asking for recommendations and reviewing local builders work. I cannot recommend CM Projects highly enough following our recently completed extension, kitchen and landscaping work.
Colin, Lisa and their Team provided a completed “project” which meant we didn’t need to source any other trades during the work. We highly recommend CM Projects. We started with the modest goal of creating more space, but through Colin and Chris’ (360 Kitchens) vision and advice we ended up with a home that wouldn’t look out of place in… an interior design magazine. I highly recommend cm projects for their first class building services we chose Colin and the team to do our single story kitchen extension plus garage conversion, and I could not fault them from start to… finish. If you want somebody you can trust working on your home then look no further then Colin at cm projects, another reason to choose cm projects for your building works is that through out our build Colin was always looking out for our interests for example our existing property has a soft brick coming up to the damp proof course Colin made sure that our new extension had the right
