Although I do not rent a home with Fresh I live next to one that they manage. In March the tenants moved out and left it in a mess. Both front windows are smashed and there is probably 5 tons of rubbish in the garden. I rung fresh to ask if it could be sorted as our house is going up for sale and the summer was warm and all we could smell is the rubbish. We are now in November and the rubbish is still there and the windows are still smashed. I have spoken to them on numerous occasions and they said they will sort it. Then they said that the landlord is putting the property up for auction and selling
