On the 13th of December, I went to LSMP, and I had to talk to a lovely lady in the reception, and she took me through how to book an appointment. The next day I tried, and something went wrong, and I called them. Im not sure if it was the same person, but on the phone, she was so kind and friendly and asked what symptoms I had. In an hour, I got a call, and she said, you will meet the doctor today at 2:30 pm. At the appointment time, Doctor Robert, if Im not mistaken, he was so friendly and kind. HORRIBLE experience. RECEPTIONISTS SHOULD BE FIRED. Belittling, rude and aggressive. When I finally managed to book an appointment (by staying awake until the RIDICULOUS hours) the doctor was judgemental. Seriously I dont understand how they can make it such a bad experience.

No same day emergency appointments. The e-consult is effective and easy when you are actually able to access it but the opening times of the e-consult are stupid and inaccessible. Some days it isn't even available to use. On the other hand the doctors I've seen have been helpful.

The care Ive received once Ive accessed doctors and nurses has been fantastic. Its difficult, sometimes near impossible to navigate the eConsult system and receptionists. The access timing of the eConsult form is ridiculous and its structured poorly for people with SpLDs or autism.
Receptionists tend to assume youre trying to bypass the system rather than having a legitimate difficulty navigating it and can be rude or unhelpful. BUT that said if you can make it clear that you genuinely

I could go on a rant about how bad this place is. But to put it simply. This Practice is an embarrassment to the NHS and British public healthcare.
