Harry Coumas of IFS arranged our mortgage back in October 2017 - and was thorough, creative and 100% professional. If you are looking for a mortgage broker and your situation is less than usual Harry is brilliant.
(e.g. We are small business owners, most income via dividends, also in our 50s). Over 3 years later phoned up Harry - remembered me instantly and is being incredibly helpful. Going out of his way to give great service despite him having no immediate renumeration from the new arrangement. Highly impressed.

Emmanuel is a joke not a professial , he didnt check the papers and went to the wrong lender , prolonging the process of getting money from 2 months to 7 months . He rudely told me on the phone with his mouth full that its not his job to check every single piece of paper with information and its not his fault for cancelling the loan , people like him should be loosing not only licences but clients in record time. Avoid like disease
