Services
Rubber Mouldings
We design and manufacture precision rubber mouldings using injection, compression, and transfer moulding techniques. Our capabilities include rubber-to-metal bonding and textile-reinforced components for demanding applications. Products meet ISO 9001 quality standards with tolerances maintained to 0.1mm.
Rubber Sheeting
Our calendered rubber sheeting is available in multiple compounds including neoprene, EPDM, and nitrile. Sheets can be supplied with woven fabric inserts for enhanced durability in gaskets, conveyor belts, and diaphragm applications.
Polyurethane Products
We produce cast polyurethane components with abrasion resistance and load-bearing capabilities. Applications include industrial rollers, wear parts, and vibration isolation mounts engineered for temperatures between -40C and +90C.
Rubber-to-Metal Bonding
Our rubber-to-metal bonding process creates durable assemblies for automotive and industrial applications. We use adhesives and mechanical keying to ensure strong adhesion between rubber and steel, aluminium, or other metal substrates.
Custom Seals
We manufacture bespoke sealing solutions including Petroseals, hydraulic seals, and anti-vibration mounts. Materials are selected for chemical resistance and performance in extreme environments like oil & gas extraction and marine operations.
