The family opened their first coffee shop and ice cream parlour in Bognor Regis in 1952. As times have moved on and trends have changed, the family have gone into another area of hospitality and have diversified into running a restaurant. The focus of Fino is to provide fresh food with an Italian influence, service with a smile in a vibrant, family friendly restaurant.
The reason behind Fino was that the family felt that there was a gap in the market for another reasonably priced restaurant in Felpham selling fresh local food, with the whole menu including the wine being sourced locally throughout the whole Sussex area.
