Maintenance & Contractual Works

DTA Construction contract in Local Industrial premises undertaking all aspects of building works from concrete roads to drainage and building maintenance. We also contract for Local Housing Authorities where we complete empty and void property works and full refurbishments. Here you can see the work undertaken at a chemical works where we rebuilt a number of concrete manholes that had collapsed.

Structural Works

From repairing or replacing timber lintels, beams and joists to dismantling and rebuilding brick and stonework, we ensure that your property remains safe and sound. This was a job involving renewing and replacing parts of the roof and window supports where the original wood had rotted. The roof hip was scarf jointing to renew the area of roof valley and window lintels replaced with steel (treble skin).
Core Drilling
Report
Our core drills have the ability to drill either wet or dry and can drill any wall from 30mm up to 250mm and up to a depth of 750mm. We were commissioned to change the air conditioning units in a hotel where the old units needed to be removed and decommissioned and new units fitted. New holes were core drilled through brick and block work walls from 30mm up to 160mm to fit the pipework.
