Our most complete service covers every aspect from initial concept to final execution. Wedding Day Management
This focused service begins six weeks before the wedding, ensuring all plans are perfectly implemented. Our dedicated coordinator liaises with suppliers, manages timelines, and oversees venue setup. Available for single days or extended weekend celebrations, this service includes pre-event consultations and on-site support from setup through to event conclusion, with pricing starting at 2,000.

We could not have done it without her. Katrina is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the best suppliers to use, someone who will work tirelessly to make things happen for you, someone with exceptional taste and style, but she is also kind, caring and a pleasure to spend the run-up to your wedding with. She started as our wedding planner and is now a firm friend. When Covid hit, she managed everything perfectly for us, securing all our suppliers for a new date and worked on extra back-up plans when needed. Kat is WEDDINGS. Having finally lived through mine, Kat makes the whole day something so much more. She guided us up until the day and then on the day her and Kate made sure we didnt worry about a thing. The smartest thing you can do is hire Katrina Otter to plan your wedding because you have no idea how much you will need her, and Kate, and you have no idea how much it will actually save you money. From the very first moment we met Katrina and Cara we knew, without doubt, they were the wedding planners for us: they have the most incredible little black book of the very best wedding venues and suppliers you could ever hope to have access to, NOTHING seems to phase themever! Their energy and excitement is infections, and they most certainly deliver on all the expectations, and then some. But on top of this, and to us most importantly they made the process seamless, fun, full of laughter and we loved every second of it!

Cara was the BEST decision we made for our wedding. Not only is she so incredibly efficient, punctual, knowledgeable - her style and vision is classic and beautiful. And the cherry on top of it all, she is SO kind, patient and hilarious! From the start, communication was so prompt and regular - it was so integral to making us feel in the loop and up to date.

We will never be able to thank Kat enough for planning our wedding - it was the perfect day and exceeded our expectations on every level. If we had our time again we wouldnt change a thing! Despite having to delay by a year due to Covid, Kat was a calming influence throughout and ensured that the whole planning process was enjoyable and stress-free.
