We have been caring for pets, farm animals and horses throughout Sutherland for over 50 years. We are based at our Rogart practice, a modern, purpose built surgery with a full range of diagnostic equipment, operating theatre and kenneling facilities. We hold regular satellite clinics in Helmsdale, Bonar Bridge, Lochinver, Kinlochbervie and Durness.
To provide clients with modern veterinary services, either directly or via referral, at a level of cost appropriate to their circumstances, in an efficient, friendly manner. It is our aim to provide clients with modern veterinary services, at an appropriate cost, in an efficient, friendly manner. It is vital to the continued success of our business that we provide clients with levels of care and treatment that meet or exceed their expectations. Please let us know if you would like to see a specific vet, and wherever possible we will try to arrange this.
Prices

We regularly monitor the cost of our fees to ensure that we are giving the best rates to our clients. We will happily provide estimates as to the likely costs of any procedures or treatments. It should be noted, however, that estimates can only ever be approximate as often a pet's illness or surgery will not follow a conventional course.
Video Consults
Report
If it's not possible for you to attend the practice but you need some advice or your pet is unwell, we can offer you a video consultation. We would always prefer to see you face to face, but understand this is not always possible in the current circumstances. Step 1: Phone us and advise the receptionist that you'd like to arrange a video consultation.
Pet Nutrition

We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
Satellite Clinics

These clinics are only for minor, routine procedures such as annual health checks & vaccinations. They are held by a vet without any assistance from other staff, and only have a very restricted choice of medicines available with which to treat patients. A small surcharge is levied on work at our satellite clinics to cover additional overheads involved.
