Precision Machining
We produce high-precision components using advanced CNC lathes and machining centres, handling materials like stainless steel, duplex alloys, and heat-resistant metals. Our capabilities include diameters up to 1200mm and prismatic parts up to 2m x 1.5m. With ISO 9001-certified processes, we ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
Quality Inspection
Our quality assurance includes in-process and final inspections using handheld tools and a CNC coordinate measuring machine (CMM). Documentation packs with certificates of conformity and mill test certificates are provided. This rigorous approach ensures parts meet chemical, physical, and dimensional standards for critical industries.
NDT Testing
We perform in-house LPI (Liquid Penetrant Inspection) and MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) to ASNT Level 2 standards. These tests detect surface flaws in machined components, ensuring reliability for sectors like oil and gas. Reports are included in documentation packs for customer transparency and compliance.
ERP System Management

Component Documentation
Each job includes detailed documentation, such as certificates of conformity, mill test certificates, and NDT reports.
