I haven't been able to see my Mum due to covid but I know she is being well looked after. Myself and my family members are very confident in the care they provide Mum and the staff/ management have always been great, especially settling Mum when she first moved in! 5 stars!

My mum has been at Horse Fair care home since June, 2018, after a settling in period she is contented, happy, safe and well cared for. Within a few days all the staff knew her by name as they do all the residents. Horse Fair is an extremely happy home from when you first enter the lovely reception with pleasant background music playing and fresh flowers on display. All the Reception staff greet you with a smile and are always welcoming. All staff are very friendly, they speak to relatives who are visiting, they never pass a resident by without saying hello which both residents and visitors
