In addition to Sharps DOOM BAR and Tring SIDE POCKET each weekend we'll have three guest ales; two local and one national giving the broadest selection of ales in the area. Our food is fresh and made here from scratch. The menu changes frequently, hopefully always has something interesting and where possible we use Gluten Free flour in all our recipes.

After 25 years running pubs and restaurants, in this country & overseas, I was losing sight of why I started out in this business. So I gave up the corporate life to work for myself. Turned out to be the best thing I've done. We want to run the best pub we can. That doesn't mean winning awards and earning loads of money.
