What types of cottages do you offer?

We offer three distinct properties: Coedmor Cottage (detached garden cottage), Coedmor Barn (open-plan design), and Coedmor Harbour Cottage (traditional fisherman's cottage).

Are pets allowed in the cottages?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in any of our properties to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.

What payment methods do you accept?

We require a 50% deposit at booking with the balance due two weeks before arrival. Payments can be made via bank transfer or major credit cards.

What are cancellation policies?

Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations over 4 weeks before arrival. Within 2-4 weeks, 50% is refundable. Cancellations under 2 weeks receive no refund, but we'll try to re-let the property.

Are the cottages accessible year-round?

Yes, all properties are centrally heated and available for bookings throughout the year with seasonal pricing variations.

What local attractions are nearby?

Guests can explore Snowdonia National Park, Portmeirion Village, Powis Castle, and Blue Flag beaches within easy driving distance of our properties.

We really enjoyed our 4 days at this delightful bolt hole. A fabulous peephole view of the Mawdach estuary, was for me perfect.
Ideally situated for walking birding and sightseeing. We definitely visit again

Lovely cottage well provisioned for self catering. Covid precautions and measures in evidence. Felt very safe. Beautiful communal garden area great for evening drinks, find the spot looking out over the estuary. Well positioned for Barmouth and dolgellau. Fab waterfall walks within 15 mum drive. Access from the road is a bit tight so take your time. All in all a great holiday spot for a quite time away.

Stopped in the barn Sept 2020, Covid 19 precautions excellent, views superb from small decked balcony,spotlessly clean,loverly walk around garden, nice little touches left for us on arrival, road a little noisy at times,but apart from that would highly recommend.

We had the "The Barn" at their main site in Caerdeon near Barmouth and it's a stunning location with perfect views and walking. All the buildings are superb and well looked after. We're going back soon! Well worth the money.
