The mudflats of Victoria Harbour were bought for $2.50 per square foot by a Hong Kong businessman who began charging for tipping rubble from the growing colony. The land began selling for $25.00 per square foot. Short of buyers for the land, the businessman joined with the personnel of the Royal Navy's China Fleet to raise funds for a Royal Naval Canteen.

A monthly membership that entitles you to use all of the facilities and exercise classes with no additional charges 7 days a week. A monthly membership that entitles you to use the facilities and exercise classes Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 5.00pm (last admittance 4.30pm), with the option of paying for each facility and activity at the weekends.

Before you start in the gym one of our qualified instructors will give you on the FREE gym journey of your choice. With a library of on screen classes designed to appeal to all exercisers, from beginner walks to endurance climbs. Available on all treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, PowerMills, and Arc Trainers.
