Unfortunately, most of us will be confronted with the task of arranging the funeral of a loved one, which, in the midst of grief, can be a daunting ordeal. Our fully trained staff are available to give personal and discrete service at any time of the day or night, at weekends and on public holidays.

Nick started Armstrongs in 1997 after working for some of the bigger companies and becoming disillusioned with some of the practices and procedures. Nick is the main funeral director and main out of hours contact for families. He lives in Banham with wife Davina, daughter Florence and Bob Dog! A keen traveller he is also into Diving, Kitesurfing and is also a qualified Paraglider and paramotor pilot.

There are no easy answers when trying to help a bereaved family come to terms with their loss, every situation is unique and people react in very different ways. Having lost both my parents at an early age I understand how difficult this time is for families and how we can help make things just a tiny bit easier.

At Armstrongs we try our very best to make one of the most difficult times in your life just a tiny bit easier. When I started Armstrongs I had been working for the larger chains of Funeral Directors and there was a massive shift towards large companies offering little choice and a lack of consideration for the individual requirements of bereaved relatives.
