The staff are all friendly, caring and attentive with a genuine interest in all the residents.
The facilities are excellent and well thought out. My father initially went into Lyncroft for 3 weeks respite, but after 2 weeks decided to stay permanently. He loves it! The staff are lovely. Our individual care plans are designed to foster independence and for those in greater need, to ensure the best quality of life possible in warm and welcoming environments, an approach that makes our care homes award-winning.

Natalie joined Country Court in 2015 as Manager of our Tallington Home and is now manager at Rose Lodge Care Home in nearby Market Deeping. Natalie has many years' experience in the care industry and has managed several other local care homes. She operates an open-door policy, has a smile for everyone and is always on hand to answer questions from residents and families.
