Alan was quick to respond and gave me a price upfront which I really appreciated. It took him 20 minutes to arrive after the call, and about 5 minutes to get me back into my flat. Thought his pricing was fair. Would highly recommend.

We called London Locksmiths Ltd on the 29th September, needing the lock for our front door changed quite urgently. They were prompt, giving us a quote within five minutes and able to come out within 20 minutes. We couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they fitted a new lock for our door, and how reasonable the service was too - especially so last minute. There were no surprise costs or hidden fees, no waffling and no nonsense! The locksmith was professional and personable. Would definitely use again.
