Positive:Professionalism
Had a technician called Sarah come to visit the house. Really polite and explained to me what the plan of action was. Fully removed the nest from the loft and fumigated upstairs too. If I need this type of service again in the future, I will genuinely call these people and specifically ask for Sarah again.

The customer service was dreadful. My 86 year old mother said she had bees coming into her bedroom. The chap came round confirmed she had and said he couldn't help her as they were high up - went to charge her 70, reduced at her surprise to 50. When I phone the office to express my surprise the lady was very rude.
