I had called and been told that there were spaces available for my 10 month old. I a was 25 minutes late to an appointment to see the nersury because I couldnt find it and had to sort out someone to take care of my kids while I attened. I appologised when i got there and offered to come back another time as I could see the staff were annoyed and busy. I saw the manager who said it was not problem to stay althought she was so rude and spoke with an awful tone. She proceeded to ask what time my appointment was and that they are busy. I appologised again.
