I recently used this firm of solicitors to buy & sell a property with a very complicated chain!. Theyre service & attention to detail was outstanding. I found them easy to contact either by phone or email and they were always very quick to respond. Megan Manning dealt with most of the work and she, along with every other person I spoke to within the firm, was extremely pleasant & helpful but also very professional. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone especially as their conveyancing costs were a lot more reasonable than many other firms I approached

We recently used Cuff & Gough for conveyancing on both a property purchase and a sale. Ashleigh was our first point of contact and was very prompt in responding and professional. Megan dealt with the majority of the conveyancing and was brilliant throughout. Given the increased workload due to the stamp duty holiday, the communication was always very prompt and everything dealt with in a timely manner. Thank you for all your hard work. I recently sold my house and purchased another one using C&G. Emma dealt with both these transactions and I can't recommend her highly enough. She was so efficient and I could relax knowing she had everything in hand. The process is always complicated but Emma explained everything so clearly and always highlighted the pertinent points so i didn't miss anything. Despite both these transactions taking place during the stamp duty holiday during which she must have been incredibly busy she still got things done including speedily turning round some crucial paperwork when the chain really needed it

We couldn't recommend Debbie and her team more highly. We were first time buyers and as many will know, buying your first home is exciting but also very daunting. Instructing Cuff and Gough was the best decision we could have made, the service was truly second to none. Throughout the whole purchase the team dealt with us with true professionalism and I felt safe that our purchase was being dealt with by them. At any moment we had a question, or needed guidance the team were on hand to support us. When we eventually go to sell our property we will certainly be returning to Cuff and Cough to instruct

'champagne prices' but 'brown ale communication' ... Should one like all communication through email then use a conveyancer as a third to half the price of Cuff and Gough who offer, in my experience, their services only by email .... I dared to raise my concern of poor communication and then the individual dealing with my sale then delegated most everything to someone else who then still communicated by email ... yet all I ever needed was an update and concerns clarified. My suggestion would be if you use Cuff and Gough then ensure that you understand what level of communication that you will

On the basis of the service provided by Megan Manning, I'd highly recommend Cuff and Cough. She was responsive and clear in her communications. She was thorough and I always felt she was acting on my best interests. She was always professional with a friendly; courteous approach. She kept me well informed and ensured my expectations were well managed through the process. The rest of the team were excellent too - even keeping in touch when Megan was off for 1 day to let me know of a communication coming in from the other sides solicitor and reassuring me it was in hand etc. Overall, an excellent
