We've broken our rehabilitation process down into five distinct steps. This helps both our patients and therapists keep track of progress - and tailor objectives along the route to recovery. Using either exercise, physical therapy or manual therapy (or a combination), your therapist will start by focusing their efforts on reducing any pain and swelling.

Before we can start treatment, you will need to register with us. You can register with us when you make your first booking over the phone or by completing our online appointment form. Once you've requested your first appointment, we'll send you a confirmation email which will contain your appointment and registration details.
