The Home is purpose built to a high standard of specification to provide an environment that allows for privacy, choice and a dignified lifestyle whilst also providing a full range of personal and nursing care services to meet all identified needs.Our rooms are for single use occupancy and are furnished to a high standard.

Moving into fulltime nursing care can often be a daunting prospect and choosing the right home that can provide the best care for you or your loved one is of paramount importance. We believe that at The Gables, you will find the perfect place that nurtures each individual and provides you with the reassurance that you or your loved one is receiving the highest quality of nursing care.

Finding the right care is sometimes made even more difficult when your loved one has dementia. Naturally, there may be concerns that your loved one may be misunderstood as they may be unable to express their mind clearly or you may have worries that their behaviour may become difficult or turbulent when away from your care.

Caring for a loved one can sometimes feel like an uphill struggle and often carers are unable to easily benefit from a well-deserved break. We would like to introduce you to our new Respite Nursing Care Service. Your loved one is welcome to spend anything between two weeks to several weeks with us, here at The Gables.
