I met Christopher some 14 years ago after having Breast Cancer. Alex and Kate established Putney Osteopaths in 2005. We have been joined by a great team of experienced professionals and can now offer a range of specialist treatments including paediatric osteopathy, a headache clinic, acupuncture, pilates and remedial massage. Alex Jones graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1996.

You will need to contact your insurance provider before your first treatment to get pre-authorisation. If you are covered by AXA, Cigna or Bupa Global, please bring your membership number and authorisation code to your appointment and we will process the claim for you.
If you are with any other provider you will need to pay for your treatments upfront and we will give you a receipt with all relevant details for you to send to your provider for reimbursement.

Your osteopath will assess you by asking about your medical history, look at how your body moves naturally and also feel how your muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons move. The osteopath may perform specific medical tests such as taking your blood pressure, testing reflexes and measuring joint range of movement.
