What are your cancellation policies?
We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations to receive a full refund of any non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours incur 50% charge, while no-shows are charged in full.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we provide gift cards valid for 12 months. Lost cards can be replaced as we maintain records of all issued vouchers.
What hygiene measures are in place?
We follow strict hygiene protocols including single-use tools, sterilised equipment, and disposable towels. All treatments adhere to enhanced health and safety standards for client protection.
Are patch tests required?
Yes, 24-hour patch testing is mandatory for lash and brow tinting treatments to ensure client safety and prevent allergic reactions.
Can I reschedule appointments?

Viktoria is a lovely person and is very passionate about what she does. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand what you can and cant do after having a treatment. Im currently having laser hair removal, its early days but Im excited to see the results. Viktorias salon is lovely and clean and very relaxing. I cant wait to go back for other treatments.
