Skip arrived on time but wasnt collected on day I expected. Nobody let me know why until I contacted them. But it was my fault as itd been overloaded above the sides. Lynne in the office was wonderful however- advised me to get it down to correct level and was then in constant contact with me via email and made sure it was collected the very next day. I was in a panic as was moving house and needed it off my drive! Overall very pleased with the service- especially from Lynne.

I have used LSS twice now. They dropped the skip off and collected it when they said they would. The contact centre staff I spoke to and the driver who dropped off and collected the skip were all very helpful and polite. Based on my experiences, LSS is a good company to deal with, and I would recommend their services.

We use LSS skip hire for our Commercial buildings in Leeds. They manage our waste removals weekly and also provide us with skips as and when required. The Customer Service is incredible across the board but Phil is an exceptional contribution to the team. Always at hand to deal with any questions and nothing is ever too much trouble. He always goes above and beyond for us and we can't thank him enough for all that he does (:

We've hired 3 slips from LSS; the first arrived and was collected promptly. the second arrived on time but was only collected when we called up and told them we needed another and they turned up at 7am needing us to move the car which we felt was a bit antisocial. the third skip was left there for nearly 6 weeks until I rang up and asked what was going on. I was told they were 'a bit behind'. would have been nicend they'd bothered to communicate that to us. miraculously they've turned up to collect it the very next day, before 7am. feels very petulant and am sure the neighbours loved being woken

After a week of turning my house upside down, looking for my brand new car keys alongside my house, my work, and my wife's keys all on one bunch I was amazed when I rang LSS on a last whim.to see if they could search the skip I had hired. 1 hour later I got a phone call saying a team of staff had gone above and beyond and found them in the skip. What a great team and an A***** service I will definitely be using again.
