It's a shame I'm having to give only four stars. At the outset, and during the move, Sunnyside were responsive, efficient, great value for money and helpful. They were a well oiled machine, and made our relocation easy. However, one of the removal men broke a glass table top. He told us to contact his head office and that the cost of the breakage would be covered. Initially, their accounts department replied saying the same. However, since getting the table top repaired, and sending them proof of the receipts, we've heard nothing since before Christmas. I've now sent 3 emails, attaching the receipts

Having heard horror stories about moving companies I had no idea how to find one that wouldn't be a rip off. Sunnyside are reasonably priced, provided every service they quoted for and within the time scales they promised. I definitely recommend!

We were recommended to use Sunnyside Removals by a neighbour and it was the best advice we were given in a long time. From start to finish Sunnyside Removals were excellent. We moved from the South of England to the North and what we expected to be a tortuous process was greatly eased by the professionalism of their staff, I have no hesitation in recommending Sunnyside Removals.

The lorry arrived on time and everything was loaded in an amazing time. All the guys involved were exceptionally professional and good humoured and took the pressure out of a stressful situation for us. The actual move went to plan and there was no pressure put on us whilst we were waiting on the handover process, getting keys etc. The move in was completed and everything was left clean and tidy. Well done and thanks and we would definitely recommend this company to family and friends

My moving day was stress free thanks to Sunnyside team. I found them to be so helpful and efficent. When I had an issue with dismantling one of my beds they resolved it without any complaints and helped me to rebuild our big and heavy dinning room table. Wouldn't hesitate to use them agan and have already recommended them to a friend.

Finding a removal company in March 2021 was a very stressful experience but Sunnyside were able to accommodate our dates on a Thursday and Friday at the end of the month. The booking process was easy and any questions were answered very quickly. The guys doing the removal were excellent. They turned up on time on both days and worked their socks off to get everything packed and unpacked very quickly and efficiently. After a long, stressful period trying to get our move done, Sunnyside took all the stress out of the actual move itself and we would definitely recommend them.
