I am so disappointed. I got a false positive test from DocTap, then spent 150 on another PCR and a Fit to Fly antigen at another company's testing location and all have come back negative. This is after 2 NHS PCR tests within the last week (also self isolating in preparation to travel!), 6 NHS antigen tests, and an additional paid for Fit to Fly Antigen Test, as well as an additional paid for PCR that came back negative. The DocTap PCR test is incorrect and has cost me not only on multiple tests, but potentially my honeymoon for a false positive test. I am waiting for a full refund on my

I've used Doctap twice now. The great thing about Doctap is that they allow you to rebook free of charge or with a small fee, depending on the time. This time I used a same day test and the results were released eight hours later. Very reliable and speedy.

I booked a day-2 test with DocTap when the UK government announced the need for a PCR test to return to the UK on 28th November. When it was clarified that this would come into effect on 30th November, I no longer required the test because I returned on 29th. DocTap refused to refund me despite their advertised refund policy for a cancellation with 24-hours notice. I couldn't get in contact with anybody on the phone to explain the situation and they kept me on hold for over an hour. This is terribly bad service and they are happy to exploit changes in Government policy to the detriment of customers
