EPDM Roofing Membranes
Our EPDM membranes provide a durable, watertight seal for flat roofs. Available in 1.52mm Premium Grade and 1.14mm Standard Grade, they resist UV, ozone, and extreme weather. Designed for longevity, these membranes offer over 300% elongation to accommodate building movements. With a life expectancy exceeding 50 years, they are ideal for residential and commercial projects requiring reliable waterproofing solutions.
QuickTrim Edge System
QuickTrim is a patented edge trim system that accelerates installation by 50% while ensuring a secure finish. Made from recycled polystyrene, it features UV resistance and pre-installed foam for watertight seals. Compatible with all waterproof membranes, it simplifies detailing around roof edges and gutters. This eco-friendly solution combines durability with ease of use for professional roofing applications.
QuickBond Adhesives
QuickBond offers water-based and contact adhesives tailored for EPDM installations. The water-based formula bonds EPDM to wooden substrates, while the contact adhesive ensures instant bonding on concrete or metal. Available in multiple sizes, these adhesives provide strong, long-lasting adhesion in all weather conditions. They support efficient application with minimal tools and fast curing times.
Flexitec GRP System
Flexitec is a single-resin GRP system combining fibreglass strength with rapid installation. It cures in 30-60 minutes per coat, offers a BROOF(t4) fire rating, and suits flat roofs, balconies, and overlays. Backed by a 20-year guarantee for trained installers, it adheres to substrates like felt, asphalt, and timber. This versatile system ensures seamless waterproofing with minimal labour.
Installation Training
Our 1-day approved installer training covers EPDM and GRP system applications. Participants learn preparation, membrane bonding, edge detailing, and finishing techniques. Training includes hands-on practice with products like RubberCover, QuickTrim, and Flexitec. Certified installers gain access to technical support and a 20-year materials guarantee, enhancing project credibility and quality.
