Our philosophy is to cook the highest quality ingredients in the simplest ways, so we offer tasty, wholesome, unadulterated food that speaks for itself, using premium, locally sourced seasonal ingredients, organic where possible. Traditionally reared beef, locally sourced lamb and pork, sea food that's fresh from the Irish Sea and heavenly desserts, created by hand, all contribute to a dining experience that's exciting and deeply satisfying.
