Arranged a quote. Called back a few days later to accept but as I was speaking on the phone the other phone rang in the background and he appeared to just hang up on me. Tried to call back but didn't get a answer. Gave up

Very friendly and courteous service when providing a quote. Almost competitive with another company (price was) but the other companys key delay insurance was better
