This is possibly the worst GP Ive ever had. I should say I havent been registered with a lot of GPs over the years, and Im a pretty healthy guy, so I dont have a lot of comparison. Attempting to make an appointment or speak with someone is extremely time-consuming and frustrating. And even when it is possible to get through to a receptionist, they are less than helpful.

This must be a joke! I received a call literally last 3 seconds and it hung off when I was about to answer it. A pretend call, huh? I got a voicemail and asked me to call back through the reception. The staff at reception is absolutely the rudest ever, she literally said that 'It was the doctor who called you, not me so I am not responsible for that' when I tried to talk to the GP through the reception as requested in the voicemail and she refused to transfer the line to the GP. Excuse me?! I cannot believe such arrogant attitude and terrible service are coming from our highly respectable NHS!

Poor practice, stay away. I did a blood test and was told they would get in touch, but did not receive even an email (I get that one only gets a call if something is wrong but not even an automatic email saying your results are ready?).
Scheduled an appointment to talk about food allergy and after waiting 9 days to get the scheduled call, a few minutes before I received a text saying I had to tell everything I had eaten of drunk 48 hours before having the reactions with the precise hours. I was also told that if I did not provide the relevant precise information I would lose the referral, but
