Cassidy who did my treatment was such a lovely girl & did a great job. However I was initially met by a very surly lady who looked at me with distain, this made me very uncomfortable as I am a very friendly person. This is not good customer service & on that basis Im not rushing to go there again.

Rubbish. Therapist was friendly but sniffled and sneezed all the way through. Massage with no pressure whatsoever. Paid for 60 minute massage and an eyebrow wax. Shocked to look at the time when I left to find it wasnt even 60 minutes including the eyebrows so about 45 mins at a guess. Total waste of money.
