Services
Tree Pruning
Our tree pruning service enhances tree health and structural integrity while reducing risks. We use precision techniques to remove dead or overgrown branches, improving aesthetics and preventing property damage. Clients benefit from increased light penetration and reduced storm damage risks, with all work complying with British Safety Standards.
Tree Felling
Professional tree felling removes hazardous or unwanted trees safely. Our team assesses site constraints and uses controlled techniques to fell trees without damaging surrounding areas. We handle waste removal or repurposing, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and environmental best practices for sustainable land management.
Stump Removal
Stump removal services eliminate unsightly or hazardous stumps through grinding or full extraction. We recommend stump grinding for cost-effective solutions, reducing stumps to woodchips for easy landscaping. Full removal addresses deep-rooted stumps, though it requires more extensive reinstatement work for the affected area.
Tree Surveys
Comprehensive tree surveys identify health, safety, and legal considerations for residential or commercial properties. Our reports assess disease, structural risks, and compliance with Tree Protection Orders. Clients receive actionable recommendations to maintain tree safety and ecological value while meeting regulatory requirements.
Tree Planting
Our tree planting service supports biodiversity and landscape regeneration. We select suitable species for local conditions and provide ongoing maintenance for young trees. Clients benefit from expert guidance on woodland management, ensuring successful growth and long-term ecological benefits for commercial and community spaces.

I highly recommend HGR, quick, efficient, and polite. Left the garden cleaner than it was when they arrived. Not a trace of even 1 leaf! Brilliant work, thank you to Mike for your hard work.

I recently had HRG to take down and mange some trees. What really impressed me above the great job they did (extremely neat and tidy) was how efficient and customer friendly staff were. A great reflection on the culture of the business. Highly Recommend

The team at HRG provide an efficient and excellent service which I highly recommend. They trimmed some very overgrown hedges in my garden and reshaped them beautifully, they even took care of the cuttings and cleared everything up so I didn't have to worry about trying to get rid of all of the garden waste. Very polite and friendly whilst ensuring that everyone remained safe by wearing face masks and distancing appropriately.
