Disappointed that a 2.00 surcharge was applied on top of an eyebrow wax for PPE which is, as I was told, to cover the cost of a mask and gloves. As I was neither offered, or indeed used Yaxleys PPE this is a blatant rip off with no credible justification for an extra charge.

Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough, every time I go I get consistent, quality service. I especially recommend Jo and Phoebe they are friendly, professional and understanding/respectful of their clients needs and requests. They are also fantastic at cutting little ones hair, they are so patient with him even when he isn't. Wouldn't trust anywhere else with my hair now that I have found this salon. 5 stars all round.
