An exceptional take on a classic aperitif, our Knightor vermouth selection is not to be missed! From our winery in mid Cornwall, we blend white, dry and rose vermouth using a carefully crafted recipe of quality ingredients and our English wines. Aromatic and full of bold flavours, our vermouths are created from only our finest grapes and a carefully crafted recipe of complex herbs and spices, many of which are picked in and around Knightor.

We are licensed for wedding ceremonies, civil partnerships, renewal of vows and naming ceremonies, and we work with you to personalise your special day, knowing that every detail counts. Set in four acres of vineyards, pasture and orchards, our historic granite barns provides the perfect location for large, small and intimate ceremonies.
