Really great service and support from Bagno design and Lara. We were really happy with the initial design and presentation - they understood exactly what we wanted from our Pinterest board and brief. We didn't use them to fit, but we received excellent support, site visits and redrafting with the team we had to install to ensure that the design was installed correctly. Highly recommended for that hotel-luxury bathroom you've always wanted.

We chose Bagno Design to renovate our bathroom. It's a small space, so we wanted a little bit of luxury! Lara was very professional to deal with, suggesting little extras (eg down lights) which really complete the overall look. The contractors were brilliant - extra thanks to Dave, Kev and Callum, who did the initial ripping out, plumbing and fitting. They made sure we were happy at each stage of the process, and it was much less disruptive than we had anticipated. The plasterer, also, was absolutely brilliant - he worked all day till 8pm to get the whole job done, and it's perfect. We would

The design:
Looked excellent in the CGI's but turned out it was flawed with; towel rail being positioned too close to a wooden counter, the mirrored cabinet having hinges not strong enough for the door/mirror specified, bath tap too far from the bath, sink tap in the wrong place are just a few. The install:
In a word; atrocious. Bagno sub'd this out to 'Rollo Developments' who I believe they no longer use. However, Bagno are refusing to rectify the terrible install staging it is 'acceptable'. I have had to arrange 2 independent bathroom companies write reports on

I find it hard to put my experience with Bagno Design into words, but Ill try... The bathroom looks nice, but the cost, rigmarole and stress of getting to that point was simply not worth it. It was the worst experience Ive ever had with a refurbishment project. The 1 star from my review is awarded only for the design the designer came up with, which was great, but the execution of a small project, considering the 5-figure cost, was indescribably poor.
