I first booked an appointment with Axis last year, I was really nervous as I had heard mixed reviews about chiropractors in general. It feels like a very accessible and safe space, all the staff are really lovely. Kathryn was great from the start, really put me at ease and helped my body to feel better than it has in years. I look forward to every session, and cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I highly recommend Kathryn and Axis Chiropractic to anyone suffering from an injury. Not only does Kathryn help to locate and fix the problem, but she gave me exercises that I can do to prevent this issue reoccurring. I have been to physio's in the past that have stopped the pain, only for it to return the minute I start training again. At Axis, I was advised on exercises and stretches I could do in order to prevent the injury coming back, but also ways to alter my current training regime so that I could continue practising the way I like and keep my fitness up while still staying safe and recovering

I have been going to Axis Chiropractic for almost 2 years now and its the best decision I ever made. All the colleagues that work there are super friendly and are always professional, they always make you feel so welcome. The practice is immaculate and so modern, if youve never been, make sure you check out the incredible fish tank; but most of all the treatments carried out are so beneficial, I feel a 1000% times better now that when I first walked through those doors and I have Kathryn to thank for that, she is an amazing chiropractor and such a lovely person, I would definitely trust her

I was initially recommended to Axis as my friend had been going to the one in Newport. At the time I was working around the corner from Axis (Cardiff) so I spoke to them over the phone and booked myself in. I had been struggling with lower back pain, stiff neck and shoulder resistance for quite a while. I met with Kathryn and I was put at ease straight away.
