Top Signs "The sign & design company" was launched in Haltwhistle, Northumberland by Mark Routledge in 1996. After outgrowing it's premises and needing to expand, the company moved to Hexham in 2000. This building boasts a reception area, design studio, two large heated fitting bays, laminating room and materials handling room.
