Jon was very quick and thorough in the survey he carried out for me. I had the findings back in 3 days. What he found give me the decision to pull out of the house I was buying and the seller to carry out his own survey to rectify the problem. Jon was very obliging and managed to fit us in at very short notice in the run up to Christmas. The survey report he produced was written in clear English that made it easy for any layman to read. It was detailed and informative and empowered us to confidently return to the vendors and renegotiate the asking price. However, he not only produced an excellent survey report, he also gave us a generous amount of his time and clearly explained to us everything in his report.
