Opening hours
Report
Please note that our reception is open in the building at these times but our phones are only open 8:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday. We are of course able to fulfil many requests through our website which is open all the time. This includes appointment booking, checking results, ordering repeat prescriptions and requesting reports and sick notes.
Pharmacy information
Report
Pharmacists dispense your prescriptions and other medicines, offer testing and screening for common medical conditions and can advise if you have a minor illness. They can also help you decide whether you need to see a doctor or nurse. You can talk to your pharmacist in confidence, even about the most personal symptoms and you don't need to make an appointment.
Prescriptions
Report
Repeat prescriptions are medications which appear on the right hand side of your prescription and in your online profile which your doctor would like you to continue on a regular basis. Medications not shown here are not repeat prescriptions. You may hand in your computer slip or a note with your name, address, DOB and the medication required written clearly.

They are supported by Team Care Coordinators who provide administrative support to the teams and are a point of contact and support for patients as well as ensuring proactive care by scheduling in activity and patient contact for the clinical teams.
