An absolutely vital part of our success is our team. We have high standards for our team and that influences everything we do. Whether it's our recruitment process or our ongoing desire to encourage our team to develop themselves through further training, we make sure they are driven to delivering the best level of care we can achieve.
Afterschool & Holiday Club
Report
Our holiday club gives us the opportunity to spend more time with our kids during school holidays and in-service days. We spend a large portion of time out and about, visiting areas all over West and Central Scotland. Having our own mini bus fleet lets us get out and about and ensure the children have a fun filled time with us, exploring and playing as many different games and activities as our imagination allows!
The Parents

The input of all of our parents and carers is hugely valued within all Cosmic Coppers Nurseries. We actively encourage participation on as many levels as possible. Debbie and Ross (the owners of Cosmic Coppers) started the journey for Cosmic Coppers through a desire to provide a nursery that reflected their desires for their son.
