Services
End of Tenancy Cleaning
Our end of tenancy cleaning service prepares rental properties to professional standards required by landlords and letting agents. We meticulously clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms, including oven and white goods. The service helps tenants maximise deposit returns while ensuring properties are ready for new occupants. Our process includes a 7-day guarantee for any missed areas.
Carpet Cleaning
Professional carpet and upholstery cleaning removes stains, odours, and embedded dirt using hot water extraction. We offer pet odour treatment and work around removal schedules for vacant properties. The service can be standalone or part of end of tenancy packages, with pricing starting at 15 for small areas.
Oven Cleaning
Our oven cleaning service covers single, double, and range ovens, including hob and extractor hood cleaning. Using eco-friendly products, we remove baked-on grime and grease, finishing with a thorough rinse to ensure food safety. Prices start at 45, with a focus on restoring appliances to hygienic working condition.
Move In/Out Cleaning
Designed for home movers, this service prepares properties for occupancy or handover. We coordinate with removal companies to clean rooms as they're vacated, and handle key exchanges for vacant properties. The service includes comprehensive property checks to meet estate agent requirements.
Deposit Guarantee Clean
Specialist cleaning package meeting deposit return criteria. Covers all areas inspected by letting agents, including detailed kitchen, bathroom, and flooring checks. Includes photographic evidence and receipt provision for landlord verification, ensuring compliance with tenancy agreement standards.
