I had my full service of Passat CC...they forgot to returned the clamps of the filter and the hose attached to it...I wanted to email them the picture but there is no email and I called them they seem uninterested to sort or even find where is the clamp.

Hadnt tried Silverbrookes before as we were fairly new to the area. Our MOT ran out and we needed a service too. They managed to fit us in the next day. Collected the car from our home, undertook both service and MOT and dropped it back the same day. Good value, Lewis was very professional and informative. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
