Established in 1891, Hunstanton Golf Club is a prestigious championship links course located on the North West Norfolk coast. Our course has hosted over forty national events, including the British & English Ladies Amateur Championships and the Carris Trophy. Designed by Martin Hawtree, we've undergone extensive redevelopment to maintain our status as one of Britain & Ireland's Top 100 courses. Golf Course
Our 18-hole championship links course has been rated No. 29 in England and No. 69 in Great Britain & Ireland. The course features rolling fairways, challenging bunkers, and stunning coastal views. With excellent drainage and year-round playability, it combines traditional links golf with modern improvements including redesigned par 5s and championship-standard greens.
Golf Tuition
Led by PGA professionals with over 35 years' combined experience, our tuition programme caters to all skill levels. We offer individual and group lessons on the practice range and course, incorporating modern techniques like Stack & Tilt instruction. Our coaches have worked with elite players including England internationals and professional tour golfers.
Visitor Green Fees
We welcome visiting golfers with flexible booking options and competitive rates. Our facilities include buggy and trolley hire (with medical certification for buggies), a well-stocked pro shop, and catering services. Weekend visitors enjoy access after 3pm on Saturdays and 12pm on Sundays, with special rates for group bookings of 12+ players.
Event Hosting
The club hosts prestigious national events including the Brabazon Trophy and English Amateur Championships. Our course has hosted twelve British & English Ladies Amateur Championships and provides full support for society golf days. We offer tailored packages for corporate events and private competitions throughout the year.

As a golfer this was a tremendous test of golf but not to my liking but course in great condition and a love clubhouse atmosphere

Have booked to play this course was really disappointed with the greens as they were slow and uneven after being hollow tiled 2 weeks ago, cant believe they made us pay 110 after agreed 85 for a course that is in the top 100 in uk, I was expecting much better for the money, feeling very disappointed, I will not be back in a hurry

First tee sets the challenge for the rest of the course. Greens ran very true , easy to loose a ball if not fairly straight, but overall a great course and very enjoyable to play

Course as good as I've seen it for years. My view was rough was too long in places it didn't need to be leading to lost balls from fairly decent shots.
