Chiropractic Adjustments
Our spinal adjustments target vertebral subluxations to restore nerve function and alleviate pain. This manual therapy improves joint mobility, reduces inflammation, and enhances nervous system communication. Patients often experience immediate relief, though multiple sessions may be required for chronic conditions. The technique addresses mechanical dysfunctions that cause back pain, headaches, and reduced mobility.
Rehabilitation Programs
Post-adjustment rehabilitation focuses on rebuilding core stability and improving posture. Customised exercise plans strengthen supporting muscles, prevent recurrence, and enhance spinal resilience. Programs include mobility drills, resistance training, and ergonomic advice tailored to individual needs and lifestyle factors like sedentary work habits.
Posture Correction
We address modern posture challenges caused by prolonged sitting and screen use. Through movement analysis and gait assessment, we identify compensatory patterns affecting spinal health. Treatment combines manual adjustments with posture retraining exercises to reduce strain on joints and soft tissues.
Pain Management
Our approach targets mechanical pain sources without medication. By restoring joint motion and addressing muscular imbalances, we break pain cycles naturally. This method reduces reliance on painkillers while improving functional capacity for daily activities and physical performance.
Maintenance Care
Regular maintenance sessions preserve spinal health and prevent recurring issues. These appointments focus on sustaining mobility, monitoring posture, and reinforcing rehabilitation gains. Patients benefit from long-term wellness through proactive care that complements active lifestyles and occupational demands.

Caring and professional. Took time to listen to my condition and within a couple of visit my pain was under control. Highly recommend. Didn't try to over sell more sessions which was great.

The man I was booked to see wasn't registered, was really abrupt in his manner and seemed more interested in ranting about the registry body rather than hearing about my issue. He was rough and abrupt with the small treatment I had, not warming up the tissue first and only stopping when I actually speed in pain. On the plus side he did fit me in early when he realised I was in pain. I'm not sure how they are for other treatments but I would be hesitant to use them for chiropractic.

Richard is brilliant. He has been treating my sciatica and prolapsed vertebrae for several years and has definitely helped ease the pain and numbness I've suffered with and helped with mobility etc. He has also worked wonders on my tennis elbow, highly recommended
