Purchased 3 items, two of which were damaged. Very uninterested and unhelpful lady answering the customer service line. I wouldn't recommend using this brand.

Fantastic customer service - I needed a couple of spare bolts for a cot bed and was happy to pay but East Coast put them in the post for free. Thank you!
